Leadership

Mbasane Women in IT is under the leadership of Pindiwe Filtane, who founded the company in 2013. Pindiwe holds a BSc in Computer Science degree from the University of Transkei (now Walter Sisulu University). She also completed Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from Witwatersrand Business School.

Pindiwe has over 14 years local and international corporate experience up to the executive level and is now a seasoned business woman, who’s been running her own businesses 11 years.
