What We Do

Graduates

We are an ICT organisation focused on upskilling and empowering unemployed women ICT graduates with digital and technical skills.

Our aim is to help women ICT graduates grow confidence in themselves and their abilities, so that they are more employable, or are able to start their own businesses.

Our purpose is to ensure they develop ICT skills to be capable in their roles in the industry, and to be able to compete globally. Our development process includes critical-soft-skills to help ensure we develop well-rounded individuals beyond their industry specific capabilities.

Mbasane Women in IT provides these services in collaboration with ICT industry players that offer core ICT skills, industry bodies that endorse compliance and governance. Our ultimate goal is to impart skills and knowledge, to help build a hub of highly skilled ICT women, and to support their meaningful contribution within the economy.
